So my wife and I decided to try something new and Twisted Noodles did not let us down. Everything is made from scratch even the egg rolls. If you want authentic this is the place to come to. It's a hidden gem. I can't believe all the people who pass by it don't stop to try it out. They will not disappoint.

Delicious hand-made noodles for the student's budget, perfect for a cold night! The wait is long but it's worth it because each bowl has to be hand made by the chef. You can see the artisan pulling noodles by hand right in front of you. This is common in China but here in the US, it's quite rare to find. All at a great price of 10.95. Get the lamb rice noodle soup! You won't be disappointed. The spicy beef noodle soup is good too. Each thpe of meat has a different soup base to go with it. Lamb soup is sour and umami. Beef is salty and spicy.

Twisted Noodle Cafe is an authentic Chinese restaurant in College Station. It’s a smaller place and a little slow getting food out but the food smelled so good, especially the hot and spicy soup. I had just eaten so only ordered the potstickers which were great. I’ll be back to eat here.
